PRICING
I try to be as transparent as possible with customers when it comes to pricing either window cleaning, gutter clearing or gutter, soffit and fasica chemical cleans. I am always happy to answer any questions involved in the process. I would like to think the pricing is competitive in the market and I am confident that all budgets can be catered for.
Some quotes are impossible to give over the phone or by email and will require a quick viewing of the property or site. The call out is free of charge and only takes a few minutes but it will depend on the location of the job. That way an appropriate clear estimate can be achieved and any queries can be answered & addressed on site. Sometimes I will ask the customer to take a few pictures and send them to me through text, whatsapp or email if an onsite inspection cannot be arranged. That way, the quoting process can be expedited and I can usually give an approximate quote within minutes.
Exterior Window Cleaning:
Terraced House:
- Unfortunately I do not clean terraced properties.
Apartments:
- Unfortunately I do not clean apartments.
3 Bedroom (No extension):

4 Bedroom Semi (No extension):

Add Ons:
* Extensions: Subject to an onsite estimate or if an on site inspection cannot be arranged, I will try to give the best idea of the price from pictures sent via email, text or Whatsapp.
* Skylights: Prices from €5 - €7.50 per skylight (Prices depend on access).
* Larger properties & commerical work: May be subject to free onsite estimate.
Solar Panel Cleaning:
Priced at: €4 - €6 per panel depending on size
*May not be able to reach certain solar panels from the ground. On occasion a scaffold or cherry picker may be required. Unfortunately I do not provide these services. *
Conservatory Cleaning:
Conservatories can differ in size and difficulty so a free on site quote can be given. If an on site inspection cannot be arranged, I will try to give the best idea of the price from pictures sent via email, text or Whatsapp.
Usually with a standard sized conservatory measuring about 8’x 12' prices start from €120 and increase depending on size, condition and difficulty. Conservatories with glass roofs will be more expensive than polycarbonate (plastic) roofs.
